Kundalini Meditation classes are for everyone, and bring together your mind, body and soul.
These classes start by tuning in with a chant; an introduction into how to be aware of the mind and it’s many facets.
This type of meditation uses ancient techniques of Pranayama (breathing), Mudras (hand or arm gestures) and Mantras simultaneously to re-wire and recharge your whole system.
This is followed by a deep relaxation to give yourself the time to just be.
Tuning out at the end with ‘the long time sun’ song and chanting three long ‘Sat Naams’. Then remaining peaceful after class to savour that silence.
Sue Seven is a London based local mother of two, with over 22 years of Kundalini yoga experience, and a qualified KRI Teacher as taught by Yogi Bhajan.
