Cacoa Ceremony with Luissa Burton

Luissa is a shamanically trained cacaoista. She underwent an intensive cacao training with an experienced shaman and was initiated into ‘la medicina’. This included daily micro-dosing of the medicine along, attending ceremonies, joining extensive classes and trainings.

This will be a short show of ballet, tap and contemporary dance, performed by the 2-10 year olds who take lessons here with Miss Julie...

Gracelands Yard Winter Recital

An opportunity to hear performances from all our amazing music students here at Gracelands Yard: piano, sax, violin, ukulele, guitar, flute and singing.

Athena uses her voice, crystal and singing bowls and bio-sonic tuning forks to create the most beautiful event.

The chanting circle includes both English and Sanskrit mantras for health, balance, strength and empowerment, in a safe environment.

Athena uses Crystal bowls and singing bowl to create the most beautiful event.

This 60 minute yoga class is based on breath/movement synchronisation, alignment and an intention to listen to your body in each moment. 

It provides a systematic approach to enable an easeful and stable experience.

Katie will help you practise yoga in a way that works for you, by encouraging you to feel what is happening in your body.

This class is suitable for beginners, those returning to yoga, or looking for a safe and inclusive space to further your practice. 

Katie also teaches our antenatal and postnatal classes here at The Yard.

Fridays 815-930am, taught by Martin Slattery in Studio 1.
