Through the meditation and posture practise of yoga, we will explore Awareness and see that it comes prior to our experience of the body, breath and mind.
Realising this, teaches us that the peace we desire can only be found in Awareness; our true nature, itself.
These classes will introduce you to some basic teachings via the paths of yoga, and Self Enquiry.
Suitable for all, including those with injuries and in recovery.
