This class is to regain your fitness levels and boost your confidence after having your baby.
Within the class we pay special attention to the following:
Strengthen the core muscles after pregnancy
Repair diastasis recti with gentle exercises
Strengthen the pelvic floor
Tone the body
Meet other new Mums
If you have resistance bands or dumbbells please bring them along.
Suitable for Mums after your 6-8 week check up. Babies are not involved in the class but you are welcome to brig them along with you.
Katalin Kaszas is an experienced personal trainer and fitness coach specialising in pre and post-natal fitness/yoga/weight loss.
She is qualified with Future Fit and has also studied with the NCT.
